Items not required

Should you require to return any item, we will allow you to do so within 14 days of receipt of the item for a full refund.

To begin the process of returning any item please email [email protected].

A handling charge of £10.00 per parcel will apply to all returns. A refund for returned items will be processed within 14 days of collection.

All items must be in their original packaging (where applicable) and unused.

Incorrect, Faulty or Damaged Items

Should we supply any incorrect or damaged items, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt on 0333 005 7088 or email [email protected].

We will then arrange to pick up the item and either send you out a replacement or process and refund within 48 hours.
